    Gary has been with the Association since December 2010 as our maintenance supervisor. Gary is a former licensed contractor and plant manager with over 40 years in the construction industry. If it needs repaired, replaced, rewired or re-plumbed.......Gary is the go to guy.  When Gary is not busy working at Circle Tree he enjoys restoring his vintage pickup truck.

Get to Know Charles

Get to know Charles Davis, Maintenance Porter. Charles has been employed with Circle Tree Condominiums since 2004. Charles is responsible for keeping the common areas and parking lots clean. Charles is a fantastic employee, who is very dedicated to his job and cares deeply about his community.

 Charles is also a resident here at Circle Tree and is one of our original homeowners, purchasing his Unit in 1983. When Charles isn't busy making Circle Tree sparkle, he loves to go to swap meets and enjoys an occasional trip and dinner to one of the valleys casinos.
